    Consultations are by appointment only. When calling to make an appointment please specify which practitioner you are requesting to see. 

    All practitioners have their own schedule and we will do our best to accommodate your needs with the best available appointment. Please be advised that our practitioners are highly qualified in their field and appointments are in high demand.

    Please advise us if an interpreter is required prior to attending your appointment.

    Please ensure you bring your Referral, Medicare card, Health Care Card or Pension Card to your appointment. 

  • Cancellations
    Early notification of any changes to your appointment is appreciated, as we will offer your appointment time to another patient who may be waitlisted.

    A fee may be charged for failure to attend or cancellation at short notice. (Please note: this fee is not Medicare rebatable).

  • Fees

    Each practitioner has their own billing policy. Please speak to the receptionist for further information.

    Fees are payable at the time of consultation. EFTPOS, Mastercard, Visa and Cash are accepted. Online Medicare Claiming is available for most fully paid accounts.

    Psychological services may be claimed through the EFTPOS terminal to access Health Fund or if eligible, Medicare rebates.

    We encourage all patients to register their bank account details with Medicare to allow for prompt reimbursement of the Medicare rebate to their nominated bank account.
